We are excited to announce we will be adding another designer lighting brand to the uBaaHaus collection. UK Lighting Designer Terence Woodgate. Founded in 2014, Terence Woodgate has concentrated on innovative LED lighting solutions both beautiful and ultra-efficient in equal measure.

Also, Architectural Hardware will be coming to uBaaHaus. Stunning, door handles, kitchen knobs, sinks, taps, showers head & mixers, we will roll out brands as and when they come in.

We can tell you Reginox will be the first brand added, and we are thrilled to be working with them. Dutch Manufactured, contemporary hardware. Key features include a minimum of 2 years warranty, and sinks are manufactured out of 70% minimum recycled steel — a vast selection of styles and colours available.

  • We have a two tier refund policy. For the first 14 days upon receipt of delivery, returns can be either made with a full cash refund or store credit, from day 15 to 30 store credit is the only option available.
  • Email office@ubaahaus.co.uk before attempting a return
  • Returns should meet the following criteria the product is in it’s original packaging and state
    any accessories and additional products included be returned with the product
    all labels and tags are attached
  • Take care to package item up securely. You are responsible for the items safe delivery to uBaaHaus and we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit
  • Remember to fill in the returns note
  • I'm sorry all refunds are applied to the purchasing card. We do this to prevent fraud.
We have a 30-day returns policy on stock we carry, (refer to the table below for items independent to the 30-day return policy).
