Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day returns policy on stock we carry, (refer to the table below for items independent to the 30-day return policy). Returning parcels are at the customer's expense but for certain criteria. (Free return criteria Damaged in Shipment > Defective Item > Extra Item > Missing Parts > Received the wrong Item).

If not defective 25% fee will be deducted*

How to Return an Item for Refund
To make a return, first, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your return request. Please add the order number, product and a summary of why you wish to return, attachments like pics can be helpful.
Warning! The returns address varies depending upon the product. You must contact us first for the correct returns address for your product. We answer emails within 24 hours. Alternatively you can live chat or call us during office working hours. Do not send items to our registered address, the parcel will be rejected at the door.
We kindly ask you to ensure returns meet the following criteria.
-The product is in its original packaging and state.
-Any accessories and additional product included be returned.
-All label and tags are attached.
Once accepted you would need too
1.: Fill in the returns note that gets delivered with your order making sure to ship the parcel with returns note. If the returns note is missing or lost, you can log into your account and download a copy to print.
When packaging up remember to remove existing courier label from the box, alternatively place new courier label on top of the existing label.
Once uBaaHaus takes delivery of parcel we will begin processing the refund. We will email notify you to confirm we have received the package. Return charged backs always get refunded to the card used for payment.
*As soon as we authorise the refund your bank will still need to process it. The time this takes differs between banks and payment method.
Bank refund time frames
Paypal.: 3 days maximum
Credit/debit card.: 14 business days maximum
For orders that are delivered in separate parcels and delivered on different dates, the 30-day returns policy starts on the day of delivery for each package and earlier parcels are not extended to match the final delivery date.
Exchanges.: We currently do not accept exchanges; If you would like to make what would effectively be an exchange, you will be required to return your item as if you wanted a refund and then place another order with us.
