HOW DO I RETURN A UBAAHAUS ORDER?
— Contact us by live chat or email and request the appropriate returns address
— Ensure product is in its original packaging and state
— Fill in returns label, If the returns note is missing or lost, you can log into your account and download a copy to print
— Send back to us using courier of your choice.

|Damaged and or defective orders should be declared within 3 working days of receiving your order.||Please note - you should email us within 14 days of delivery requesting a return for a cash refund. After this period you can still request a return upto day 30 and receive store credit.|
WHO PAYS THE COST OF RETURN?
We stand behind the quality or our products. If an item is damaged or faulty and it falls within out returns policy guidelines returning is free. Changed your mind about the product or not what you expected? At this time customers incur the cost of return in this circumstance.
HOW TO RETURN WITH KLARNA?
Returning an order paid for using Klarna payment method? uBaaHaus will process the return the same way it would any other return; you should, however, inform Klarna of your return using the Klarna Portal, this will pause your payment due date.

Banks still need to process refunds once authorised by uBaaHaus. Please allow for the appropriate time to pass for bank processing.
Refunds can only be processed to the same method of payment used to purchase your order.
Please note - refunds come directly from Klarna with a 3 - 5 working day processing time. If you receive a payment reminder whilst a return is in progress please contact Klarna customer service directly.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Exchanges.: We currently do not accept exchanges; If you would like to make what would effectively be an exchange, you will be required to return your item as if you wanted a refund and then place another order with us.
