  • We have a two tier refund policy. For the first 14 days upon receipt of delivery, returns can be either made with a full cash refund or store credit, from day 15 to 30 store credit is the only option available.
  • Email office@ubaahaus.co.uk before attempting a return
  • Returns should meet the following criteria the product is in it’s original packaging and state
    any accessories and additional products included be returned with the product
    all labels and tags are attached
  • Take care to package item up securely. You are responsible for the items safe delivery to uBaaHaus and we do not take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transit
  • Remember to fill in the returns note
  • I'm sorry all refunds are applied to the purchasing card. We do this to prevent fraud.
