The pot’s seven layers, which ensure the perfect distribution of heat, provide excellent results when cooking complicated sauces which need to reduced for a long time. Whether it’s on induction or conventional hobs, the cooker’s heat doesn’t just concentrate in one area but is evenly distributed. A TriplInduc® procedure makes the pot extremely effective on induction hobs. This technology can enhance the performance of your induction hob by up to 30 per cent thanks to its excellent magnetic properties.

The innovative Silvinox® finishing, a surface treatment which protects your cookware from dulling, ensures easy cleaning, making washing up a lot simpler. The entire sauté pan is made of stainless steel so you can enjoy it over the long run.
